Annual Meeting of the Congregation
Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 12:15 pm in the MAC. We’ll share a potluck meal, fellowship, and church business together. I hope all voting members will make every effort to attend in person or by Zoom (non-members are very welcome to attend, but are unable to vote).
At this meeting we will review and approve the 2026 Ministry Spending Plan and elect new council members and a trustee. Materials will be provided next week and can be reviewed on our website (link coming soon) and there will be hard copies of materials available at the church. Bios of nominees for council and trustee will be in The Chimes Sunday (11/9).
A quorum of at least 10% of voting members is required for a congregational vote to occur. But we hope everyone will plan to attend this gathering to participate in the life of our community here at Muhlenberg!

L-O: bring casserole, chili, soup, or meat
P-Z: bring dessert
If you have a signature dish you prefer to share, please feel to bring it instead. Drinks will be provided. You do not need to bring a dish to attend.
