Our Annual Congregational Meeting will be Sunday, November 16, 2025 at 12:15 pm in the MAC. We’ll share a potluck meal, fellowship, and church business together. I hope all voting members will make every effort to attend in person or by Zoom (non-members are very welcome to attend, but are unable to vote).

At this meeting we will review and approve the 2026 Ministry Spending Plan and elect new council members and a trustee. Materials will be provided next week and can be reviewed at www.muhlenberglutheran.org/congregationalmeeting (or pick up a hard copy at church). Bios of nominees for council and trustee will be in The Chimes Sunday (11/9).

A quorum of at least 10% of voting members is required for a congregational vote to occur. But we hope everyone will plan to attend this gathering to participate in the life of our community here at Muhlenberg!

        A-K: bring side dish

        L-O: bring casserole, chili, soup, or meat

        P-Z: bring dessert

If you have a signature dish you prefer to share, please feel to bring it instead.  Drinks will be provided. You do not need to bring a dish to attend.
