A thank you lunch for all Lay Assisting Ministers (LAMs) and for those who might consider serving as a LAM will be in Wayland Hall. We will review best practices and give thanks for those who are serving. If you are feeling called to consider this ministry, please join us! LAMs prepare and lead the Prayers of the People, set up communion before the service and clean up afterward, and assist the pastors in various parts of the service. Liturgy is the “work of the people,” and we would love to have more people involved in this work! Come join us for lunch — no commitment required!
