Calling all “Trash Pandas!”

Looking for an exciting adventure in August? Something different? A change of pace? Then join the few, the proud, the TRASH PANDAS!! During Rockingham County Fair Week (August 11-16), we Muhlenbergers transform from normal, churchgoing folk to God’s representatives at the fair, with our theme verse from Psalm 113:7: “He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the (tr)ash heap.” It is a great witness to be cheerfully lugging trash among the fairgoers, and as a result Muhlenberg receives a gift of $4,000 from the fair. Shifts are early morning (7:00 - 9:00am) or evenings (5:00 - 9:00pm). Sign up for several; many hands make light work!
