Hosted by the Virginia Synod on the campus of Roanoke College, Power in the Spirit is an inspirational conference for people of all ages who wish to explore God’s call to service through joyous worship, Bible studies, keynote addresses, workshops, games, and fellowship. This year’s theme is The Spirit Enlightens, Equips, Empowers. Presiding Bishop of the ELCA Yehiel Curry will attend and speak at this year’s gathering.
