Building Use Requests
We share our space not only with Second Home, People Helping People, Church World Service and Lightwell Counseling, but also with a variety of other groups who meet primarily on weekday evenings. We also receive occasional requests to use the MAC for overnight guests on mission trips. Sharing our space with others is a way we can support our community and build connections.
Being good stewards of our space takes planning, and we need your help.
For church meetings/events ~ before you plan a meeting/event, contact Building Use Coordinator Linda Depoy to schedule space. This will help ensure the room(s) you prefer or a suitable alternative is available.
For non-church meetings/events (e.g. support group meetings or a personal birthday party) ~ our Building Use Policy and application forms can be found in the “Building Use Forms” mailbox in the administrative hallway or on our website at www.muhlenberglutheran.org/building-use . There are fees associated with using the various rooms available on our campus for non-church events. There is also a Fee Reduction/Waiver Request form for non-profit groups.
