Mission Endowment Grant Funds

Congregational Council is pleased to announce the grantees for the 2026 Mission Endowment Funds! These funds are used to enhance the mission outreach of the congregation beyond that expected and supported through regular giving. This provides us with the support and resources to carry out plans, programs, ideas, and dreams as we are moved by the Spirit to live out our mission of equipping all people to live out Christ's love.

This year we received ten applications, and we granted funds to eight of the applications. All of the selected projects demonstrated Muhlenberg’s vision to Build Bridges of Welcome by healing divisions and creating a community shaped by Christ’s grace, where people are welcomed, seen and connected.

We are grateful that Muhlenberg has a congregation willing to dream big as we fulfill our mission. We are thrilled to award $37,159 to support the following projects…

·   Regional Rise Against Hunger project: $3,000

·   Christmas gifts for Second Home Learning Center students: $3,500

·   National Youth Gathering scholarships: $6,500

·   Young Adult Service Fund: $500

·   Camp G.L.O.W. Bibles and Meals: $500

·   Comfort Making Supplies: $5,000

·   Second Home Support: $13,159

·   People Helping People Support: $5,000
