Register for Kairos - Synod Youth Event

‍ ‍Kairos is the Virginia Synod’s annual weeklong, faith-sharing event for youth who will be in 9th - 12th grades in the fall! Kairos is an event where youth and adults gather together for lots of singing and skits, fun and friend-making, and prayers. Participants then gather in small groups that meet throughout the week. (“Kairos” is the New Testament Greek word for “special time.” It is used whenever God’s people want to talk about a time of change, of renewal, of God’s special work in the believer and the community.) As Chaplain for this year’s event, Pastor Alex will need to arrive early with the Planning Group, so we need volunteers to drive our youth to Salem Sunday, June 21. We also want to hear from any adults interested in serving as a Small Group Leader. For more information, please contact Pastor Alex.
