Voice & Vision in Full Swing
Thanks to your generosity, Voice & Vision contributions paid for the recent landscape improvements! And this past week, contributions to the Capital Campaign were used to demolish the deteriorating Ott Street House to make way for a new playground/outdoor space. In October, a new vinyl fence will be constructed around the newly graded and seeded playground. It should be ready for Second Home and Muhlenberg to use by next spring.
Through the first year of the three-year capital campaign, we received over $375,000. That is more than half of the $700,000 pledged, with two more years left in the campaign! Over $50,000 of the amount received was from unpledged contributions.
If you made a pledge, we encourage you to keep up with your contributions. If you didn’t pledge but would like to, it’s not too late. For details, contact Mark Byerly (540-271-1478 or msbyerlype@comcast.net) or Finance Manager Linda West (finance@muhlenberglutheran.org or 540-434-3496). If you prefer not to pledge, any contribution will be gladly accepted!
